I had the pleasure of having an associate named Heather assist me. I had to return 2 products that were spoiled..I did not have my receipt. I called the 1-800 No Frills help line, and they told me it was at the discretion of the store if I could get it replaced, without additional cost....Heather was exceptional. In the eating area there is no place to get a glass of water. Since I see you competing with Whole Foods, this is something they have and I do miss whenever I decide to have lunch while Im shopping.
