This is one of the most amazing eye glass shops I have ever been to . The customer service is above and beyond amazing. The greeted me with warmth and kindness as soon as I entered the store. . the eye exam was done with great care and they took their time to ensure the prescription was accurate, I did not feel rushed or pressured. they provided a tray of treats and they had caramel candies, my favorite. I walked out the same day with the glasses I needed.

From the second I walked into the store, the team was absolutely wonderful, even offered me a tea! They have the option to put through your benefits in their system as opposed to me having to do the work at my office AND they shipped me my glasses (I don't live in Toronto).

I ended up getting laser eye surgery a year later so wanted my non prescription lenses back. To my great surprise, they’d kept them “just in case”. They also have the nicest designer frames.
