There aren't many fully vegan places to eat here in Edmonton. I was beyond stoked to find another. And this place is seriously cool. Interior decor was so neat. And the food was literally to die for. Vegan chicken and waffles on the brunch menu was so so good. Every single person working there was so happy to be there. you could feel the pride they felt just from working there. I've eaten both a catered meal by Nak for Catering and stopped in for lunch at their Bistro. The Bistro is like a best-kept secret tucked away in the west end of the city. Their food is fresh and innovative, and the specials are always changing. The catered meal was also delicious. There was no shortage of food to go around, a great variety of appetizers and entrees, and the food was hot and fresh. I had no complaints with my experience with this company!
